In order to improve their commercial activity, POAL upgraded their ERP that would support and improve the efficiency of their resources, provide continuous cost monitoring and business performance. POAL undertook a major ERP upgrade to obviate the following challenges of

Solution

Covalense Global has been selected by POAL for implementation and support for Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Business Intelligence (BI) Solutions. The implementation has been undertaken by multiple vendors along with Covalense Global.

Upgrade of Dynamics AX from 2009 to 2012 and 2012 R2 and the Migration of WMS to MS BI 2008 to MS BI 2012 are the important
features of the ERP upgrade. Having participated in depth analysis, Covalense Global worked closely with the stakeholders and other implementation partners in successful integration and consolidation of all the relevant information in POAL through a series of technological optimisations that also include enterprise reporting as well ERP functions integration.
