Job description:
· 1+ year of relevant experience is required.
· Really good understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
· Excellent knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
· Good knowledge of cloud & virtualization technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP, VMware, Hyper-V).
· Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
· Excellent troubleshooting skills is needed.
· Certifications in Microsoft cloud is must.
· Test alternative pathways until an issue is resolved.
· Record technical issues and solutions in logs.
· Should help create technical documentation and manuals.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is required.
· Should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are a must.
