He has won the trust, respect and many accolades from clients worldwide for his client orientation, cost effective and high quality deliverables. Driven by his philosophy, Covalense has expanded its global business footprint.
In his 22 years of experience in IT industry, he held several positions in Intergraph and Informix, USA and also led NuNet Technologies as Vice President Technical and COO for over 6 years.
Narayana is highly admired for his leadership skills, his amazing strength in empowering teams associated with him and strong belief in their ability to deliver results. He has an uncompromising determination to achieve excellence in Covalense’s operations and encourages open communication.
Narayana holds Masters in Computer Science & Technology from Guindy College of Engineering, Anna University, Chennai.

Srinivas is a key executive team member of Covalense, with over 19 years of software industry experience in various capacities covering software operations, programme management, business development, sales and marketing.
For the past 16 years, he has been involved in building business operations and sales in Australasia where he is instrumental in building Covalense’s brand and hard-earned reputation for exceptional client service.
Prior to his career in software industry, he served in Indian Army for over 21 years in positions of increasing responsibility for the national defence and worked in tactical and operational planning. Commissioned in a crack infantry regiment from one of the best military academies, he was graduated from Army War College.
Srinivas is a certified PMP and holds Master degrees in Economics and Business Management.
