Job description:

• Mobile Sales Dashboard Delivery Specialist

   Role Focus:

  Delivery of Sales Dashboards with a focus on mobile experience, including Power BI Mobile and native mobile applications.

   Key Skills & Experience

  • UI/UX Design for Mobile Dashboards
    • Proven experience designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for Power BI mobile dashboards and native mobile apps.
    • Strong understanding of mobile-specific UX patterns, navigation, and interaction principles.
    • Familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities of delivering analytics on small screens.
  • Analytics Standards & Best Practices
    • Deep knowledge of analytics design standards, including effective use of color, typography, and data visualization for mobile consumption.
    • Ability to implement industry best practices for dashboard usability, accessibility, and performance on mobile devices.
  • Template and Framework Selection
    • Experience with identifying and applying best-suited mobile dashboard templates in Power BI and/or native app environments.
    • Capability to customize templates for various business needs while maintaining consistency and scalability.
  • Power BI Expertise
    • Hands-on expertise in creating, optimizing, and deploying Power BI reports specifically for mobile layout.
    • Understanding of Power BI Service features related to mobile delivery (e.g., bookmarks, drill-throughs, responsive design).
  • Native Mobile Application Delivery
    • Exposure to or collaboration with teams developing native mobile analytics apps (iOS/Android) is a plus.
    • Understanding integration points between Power BI and native mobile applications.
  • Sales Dashboard Requirements Gathering
    • Demonstrated ability to engage with functional CoEs to gather requirements for sales dashboards.
    • Experience translating sales KPIs, metrics, and workflows into actionable dashboard designs tailored for field or executive users.
  • AI Capabilities
  • Skilled in integrating AI-driven features into both Power BI dashboards and native applications.
  • Proficient in developing custom visuals and embedding analytical content using BI APIs.
  • Adept at collaborating with data science teams to translate complex model outputs into intuitive user interfaces that drive adoption and trust.
  • Demonstrates strong understanding of Agentic AI design principles, explainability in analytics UX, and accessibility standards.

   Additional Qualities

  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical teams and functional CoEs.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail in translating business needs into data-driven solutions.
  • Portfolio or examples of previous work delivering sales dashboards in a mobile context is highly desirable.

   Preferred Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years in analytics/dashboard delivery with at least 2 years focused on mobile UI/UX.
  • Experience working on projects for FMCG, retail, or sales-driven organizations is a strong advantage.
  • Vendor or consulting background supporting cross-functional delivery teams.
