Quality Assurance Analyst / Test Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced QA Consultant to support the delivery of technology initiatives across CRM, digital platforms, integrations, data migration, and business applications. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, BAs, developers, and vendors to ensure solutions are thoroughly tested and fit for purpose before release.

Key Responsibilities

Develop test strategies, plans, scenarios, and test cases from business and technical requirements.
Execute functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing, validating end-to-end processes across integrated systems.
Manage defects through the full lifecycle — logging, triage, retesting, and reporting.
Support UAT activities with business stakeholders and validate requirements.
Provide clear reporting on test progress, risks, and release readiness.
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and automation capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a QA/Test Analyst in complex enterprise environments.
Strong test planning, test case development, defect management, and end-to-end testing skills.
UAT coordination, test reporting, and quality metrics experience.
Strong stakeholder management; experience in Agile/hybrid delivery.
Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.

Desirable

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform/Power Pages, API and integration testing, data migration/Power BI testing, automation (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress), and experience in government or regulated environments.
